Refund policy
At CubitoMagico we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, you can return the product under the conditions below.
Return period
You have 15 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return, no reason needed.
Conditions
- The product must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging with all accessories.
- You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
How to request a return
Email us at dudaspreguntasy@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with instructions and the return address. Returns sent without requesting them by email first will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
If the product arrives defective, damaged or isn't what you ordered, we cover the return shipping. In all other cases, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll let you know by email. If the return is approved, we'll refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you used to buy. How long it takes to show up in your account depends on your bank.
Defective or damaged products
Check your order when it arrives. If the product is defective or damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photos or a video of the problem and we'll offer a replacement or a full refund.
Warranty
All our products come with the 3-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects established by Spanish consumer law. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, impacts or improper handling.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge by emailing us before it ships. Once shipped, it will be handled as a return.
