Shipping areas

We ship to Spain, Portugal, France, Poland, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Colombia and Peru.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders usually take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. Delivery to Latin America may take up to 5 weeks. During busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas) or due to reasons beyond our control, such as carrier or customs delays, it may take a little longer.

Customs

Orders to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can check where it is at any time.

Delivery address

Please double-check your address when ordering. If you spot a mistake, write to us as soon as possible and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged or hasn't arrived after the stated time, email us at dudaspreguntasy@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
